Based on a car photographed in St. Paul, MN in 2003. Built from a white metal kit (unknown manufactuer) with grab irons and reporting marks signboard added. Has sprung journals, metal wheels and Kadee couplers. Painted orange with top black railing and white grab irons. Lettered with Microscale decals. Dimensions: 2" L x 1-1/16" H, weight: 3.2 oz.
